Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager located in Bengaluru. The HR Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of human resources, including hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The role includes designing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee performance, addressing grievance handling, and promoting a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with management to identify training needs, develop training programs, and ensure organizational alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Management
- Strong understanding of Employment Laws, Policies, and Compliance Requirements
- Skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Grievance Management
- Proficiency in Performance Management, Training Needs Assessment, and Program Development
- Excellent Organizational, Interpersonal, and Communication Skills
- Capability to build a positive and inclusive work environment
- Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree or HR certification is an advantage
