HR Manager – Bhubaneswar (On-site)
We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR activities and supporting organizational growth through effective people management practices.
Experience:
5–8 years of experience in HR management with a proven track record of success.
Qualification:
MBA in HR or a related field
Compensation:
Competitive salary per month for a deserving candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement
• Oversee performance management and HR compliance
• Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management
• Maintain structured and efficient HR processes and documentation
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to handle situations calmly and confidently
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
Additional Requirements:
• Good understanding of HR principles and practices
• Fluency in English and Odia preferred
• Ability to travel to multiple locations as required
