Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing human resource policies, developing strategies for employee retention, handling performance management, conducting training programs, and ensuring compliance with all legal and organizational requirements. The HR Manager will partner with leadership to cultivate a positive workplace culture and align HR activities with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
- Experience in employee engagement, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Proven skills in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Experience in training and development programs, and organizational learning initiatives.
- Knowledge of HR policies, legal compliance, and labor laws relevant to workplace regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across all levels.
- Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain industries is advantageous.
