Role Description
The HR Manager will oversee and manage all human resource operations, policies, and programs to ensure an engaging and compliant work environment. This full-time, on-site role, based in Hyderabad, includes responsibilities such as talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. The HR Manager will play a strategic role in fostering a positive workplace culture, implementing employee development initiatives, and supporting company growth through effective HR strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Onboarding processes
- Strong knowledge of Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Training & Development strategies
- Familiarity with labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities
- Experience with HRIS systems and other relevant technology is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
