Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. They will manage HR policies, compliance, and provide guidance on employee relations. Additional responsibilities include developing organizational strategies, monitoring performance management processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will collaborate with various departments to support business goals and enhance employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and Workforce Planning
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance Standards
- Ability to design and implement Training Programs and Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in a creative or VFX-centric organization is a plus
