Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR and Admin role located in the Mohali district. The HR Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and procedures. Daily responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement and development, enforcing organizational policies, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The role also involves managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and working closely with senior management to align the HR strategy with business objectives. As this is our new office, this position requires a person willing to wear multiple hats as we grow. We expect to add roughly 30 plus staff to our team this year and another 80 to 100 next year.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
- Strong knowledge of Organisational Development, Performance Management, and Leadership Development
- Experience with Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Compliance with Labor Laws
- Skills in HR Data Analysis and Workforce Planning
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with HR software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is advantageous but not mandatory
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a managerial or leadership role
