Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site HR Manager for our office located in Gurugram. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning.
- Experience in Performance Management, Training, and Development.
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration is mandatory.
- Atlest 1 year of experience in human resource.
