Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Manager based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The HR Manager will oversee and implement human resource strategies, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Key responsibilities include designing HR policies, monitoring compliance with labor regulations, facilitating employee engagement programs, and addressing staffing needs to support the company’s growth. The role also involves contributing to organizational development, training initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in HR policies, compliance, and labor laws
- Proficiency in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding
- Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Ability to develop and execute training and development programs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in using HR software and digital tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications such as SHRM, PHR, or equivalent are a plus
- Experience in managing HR functions within industrial or technical sectors is advantageous
