Role Description
The HR Manager at Disseqt AI is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. The incumbent will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and team members, promoting an inclusive, high-performance work environment.
We're hiring our first dedicated HR Generalist to build and own our People function end-to-end as we scale across Ireland, the UK, and India. This is a build-it-from-the-ground-up role - you won't be slotting into an existing machine, you'll be the machine. You'll own People Ops across all three jurisdictions, including:
- Payroll processing and coordination (with hands-on ownership of India payroll)
- Benefits administration and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- HRIS setup, ownership, and management
- Full employee lifecycle management, from onboarding through offboarding
- Recruitment and talent acquisition
- Serving as the first point of contact for all people-related matters

Qualifications
- 7+ years in HR Operations / People Operations, including payroll, benefits, and compliance
- Hands-on payroll experience in India (essential)
- Experience across the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition through to employee management
- HRIS ownership and management experience
- Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions (Ireland, UK, and India a plus)
- Meticulous, direct, and comfortable being the first point of contact
- Thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment
