Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.
- Implement performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee productivity.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and talent management software
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
- Atleast 1 year of experience working in staffing company
- Preferred
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM, PGHRM)
- Experience with change management and organizational development
