Role Description The HR Manager will oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions for CliniLaunch Research Institute. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and selection processes, onboarding new team members, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support performance management, and coordinate training and development initiatives for staff. The role also involves handling employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards, and collaborating with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding to support staffing needs.
- Experience in HR operations, including HR documentation, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Ability to design and implement HR policies, performance management processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and best practices in human resources management.
- Proficient in conflict resolution, employee relations, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across teams and levels.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role; exposure to education or healthcare/clinical research sectors is beneficial.
