Position Description
Location: Bangalore, Pune
Experience: 10-12 years (Experience in Leading Team)
Position description: The HR Manager partners closely with business leaders and HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to deliver the HR roadmap and drive people strategies that enable business success. This role provides expert HR advice, leads on talent and workforce strategy, and leverages data driven insights to inform decision-making. The HR Manager is accountable for change management, organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance team.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with commercial objectives and supporting the achievement of business goals.
- Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning to ensure future capability readiness.
- Utilize HR analytics and data to inform decisions, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
- Drive and support transformation initiatives through effective change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Build strong relationships with HR COEs, HR Services, and business leaders to embed Vodafone’s Spirit Behaviors.
- Champion an inclusive, safe, and high-performing organizational culture.
- Deliver core HR processes including resourcing, performance and talent management, headcount reporting, budgeting, mobility, and reward review cycles.
- Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across people and HR processes.

Required qualifications:
- MBA degree with a specialization in HR from an institute of repute.
- Working in Matrix Organization.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience aligning people strategies with business outcomes.
- Proven expertise in talent and workforce strategy, data-driven HR decision-making, and change leadership.
- High personal credibility with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and ethical leader.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capability.
- Experience working closely with HR COEs, HR Services, and senior business stakeholders
