Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team on-site at our Noida location. This is a full-time position where you will oversee key human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will design and implement HR strategies, partner with leadership to align HR practices with business goals, and provide support in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Processes, and Workforce Planning strategies
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations, Team Building, and Conflict Resolution
- Proficiency in HR Policies, Compliance, and Labor Laws
- Experience with Performance Management, Training, and Development initiatives
- Exceptional Organizational, Leadership, and Communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and handle sensitive situations with confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in human resources management or a similar role
