Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. As an HR Manager at Bharat Tech Solutions, you will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance with labor laws. You will develop and implement HR policies, manage performance evaluations, foster an engaging work environment, and drive workforce planning to meet organizational needs. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to support organizational growth and promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution
- Knowledge of HR Compliance, Labor Laws, and Employee Benefits Administration
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and strategies
- Experience in fostering inclusive and positive workplace cultures
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
