Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site HR Manager to join our team in Udaipur. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role includes maintaining a healthy work environment, resolving employee concerns, and developing strategies to support a strong organizational culture. The HR Manager will act as a key liaison between management and employees while ensuring alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding Processes
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Team Building
- Experience in Performance Management, Workforce Planning, and HR Policy Implementation
- Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance Standards
- Excellent Communication, Decision-Making, and Leadership Abilities
- Proficiency in HR Software and Tools is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the hospitality or event planning industry
