Avedon is looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager who can build, manage, and grow a high-performing team.
📍 Location: Beltola, Guwahati
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment & onboarding process
• Develop strong hiring strategies for Educators, Sales, Marketing & Operations teams
• Manage employee relations and create a positive work culture
• Implement HR policies, performance management & employee engagement programs
• Maintain attendance, payroll coordination & HR documentation
• Conduct training programs and support leadership development
• Build a growth-oriented team culture aligned with Avedon’s vision
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3+ years experience in HR / Talent Acquisition
✅ Strong communication & leadership skills
✅ Experience in hiring and managing teams
✅ Knowledge of HR processes, employee management & compliance
✅ Startup mindset with problem-solving attitude
