Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Chandigarh. The HR Manager will oversee employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Key responsibilities will include implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also partner with leadership to develop strategies for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Employee Relations Management
- Experience in Training and Development, Performance Management, and HR Strategy
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and related software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
