Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HR professional to lead and manage the HR function for our fast-paced digital business. The role includes end-to-end HR operations such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
✔ Performance Management (KPI/KRA-based)
✔ HR Operations & Statutory Compliance
✔ Learning & Development
✔ HR Analytics & Reporting
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 8–10 years of HR experience
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
