Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager, based in the Pune Division. The HR Manager will oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, manage the recruitment and onboarding process, and handle employee relations to promote a positive work environment. Responsibilities also include performance management, workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational guidelines. Collaborating with senior management to develop strategies and professional development programs will be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience with HR management practices including recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management
- Proficiency in labor laws, employee relations, and compliance standards
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience in workforce planning and organizational strategy
- Ability to design and oversee professional development programs and initiatives
- Problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage
- Experience within cooperative societies or financial services is beneficial
