Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The role involves formulating and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, maintaining payroll systems, handling employee grievances, and supporting leadership in workforce planning are key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience Needed in HR field
- Strong expertise in Recruitment and Workforce Planning
- Experience in Performance Management and Employee Relations
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies and ensuring Compliance with labor laws
- Knowledge of Payroll Management and HR-related administrative processes
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and foster a positive work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is a plus
- Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite
