Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Bengaluru. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment processes, develop and enforce HR policies, handle employee relations, and ensure adherence to company regulations. Additional responsibilities include performance management, employee engagement initiatives, training and development programs, and overseeing payroll and benefits. The role requires coordinating with various teams to align HR strategies with organizational goals and maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HR functions such as Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement strategies
- Proficiency in Payroll, Benefits Administration, and HR Compliance
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR Data and Metrics for decision-making
- Familiarity with HR software and tools, along with knowledge of industry best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
- Experience in the education or tech industry is advantageous
