About The Role
We are seeking a senior HR leader to join our dynamic team as an HR Manager. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our recruitment strategy, HR governance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, with proven experience in managing large-scale hiring initiatives and HR operations. You will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to build a high-performing organization that aligns with our growth objectives. The position offers a unique opportunity to lead HR functions in a fully remote environment, implementing scalable systems and processes that support our distributed workforce. This role demands strategic thinking, leadership, and a hands-on approach to HR management, ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and operational efficiency across all functions.
Qualifications
- An MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 15 years of overall HR experience, with at least 10 years dedicated to recruitment and talent acquisition.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, including policy drafting, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to lead recruitment teams and drive hiring at scale.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and statutory compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
- High levels of ownership, integrity, and organizational maturity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the company's growth plans, ensuring timely and quality hiring across all levels and functions.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, setting clear targets and tracking productivity to meet hiring SLAs and organizational needs.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies and effective candidate engagement.
- Optimize recruitment processes, improve sourcing channels, and enhance conversion ratios to attract top talent efficiently.
- Partner with leadership and department heads on manpower planning, workforce strategy, and organizational development initiatives.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and exit procedures, to ensure a seamless experience for employees.
- Draft, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
- Ensure statutory compliance, conduct HR audits, and maintain regulatory documentation to mitigate legal risks.
- Strengthen HR process governance, ensuring data accuracy across HR systems such as Keka and LMS.
- Coordinate with legal advisors on employment-related matters, including contracts, disputes, and legal compliance.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances with fairness and professionalism, fostering a culture of accountability and open communication.
- Partner with Heads of Departments to resolve people-related challenges, promote a positive work environment, and enhance employee engagement.
- Design and implement scalable HR systems and recruitment processes suitable for a remote workforce, ensuring consistency in communication and performance management across distributed teams.
