About The Role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing various HR functions within the organization. This includes talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development initiatives. The role requires implementing effective HR policies, driving organizational engagement, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. The HR Manager will play a vital role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment that promotes employee well-being, development, and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Employee Onboarding processes.
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Performance Management Systems, HR policies, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Training and Development, Leadership Development, and Organizational Growth Strategies.
- Ability to effectively manage HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and records management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with HR technology and tools, along with a sound understanding of labor laws and best practices.
- A proven track record of managing and scaling HR practices in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent aligned with organizational needs.
- Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable labor laws and industry standards.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Drive organizational engagement activities that promote a collaborative and inclusive culture.
- Handle HR operations such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment practices.
- Provide strategic HR insights and recommendations to senior management to support organizational growth and change management initiatives.
