Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, located at the plant in Birkoni. The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment process, employee relations, training and development, and implementation of HR policies. Responsibilities include managing organizational compliance, performance evaluations, and employee engagement programs, while fostering a productive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR compliance
- Skills in training, development, and implementation of performance management systems
- Experience with payroll, benefits administration, and HR data analysis
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
