We are looking for an HR Manager who is passionate about recruitment and people
operations. This role will give you hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, from sourcing to
onboarding, and an opportunity to understand how recruitment contributes to building an
organization.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles from understanding requirements to
onboarding candidates.
● Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
● Screen resumes and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
● Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress.
● Support in drafting JDs, offer letters, and internship agreements.
● Help build and improve the company’s hiring process and employer branding initiatives.
● Handle employee grievances
● Oversee end-to-end performance review meetings and feedback cycles
● Assist in HR operations such as attendance, feedback collection, and engagement activities.
Requirements
● Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Business
Administration.
● Excellent communication and people-interaction skills.
● Enthusiastic about recruitment, startups, and learning HR processes.
● Organised, proactive, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
