Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, training, and development initiatives, ensuring employee satisfaction and organizational success. Key responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role also involves conducting performance reviews, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive workplace culture to enhance productivity and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, Training and Development
- Strong knowledge of Employment Laws, Compliance, and Policy Implementation
- Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Building Workplace Culture
- Proficiency in HR Management, Organizational Development, and Leadership
- Effective Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Skills
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional activities
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the security services or related industries
