Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
● Work closely with founders and department heads to understand business goals and align HR
strategies accordingly.
● Partner with managers to drive team performance, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
● Support workforce planning, succession planning, and team structuring.
Employee Relations & Engagement
● Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
● Build and maintain a positive work culture and healthy employee experience.
● Drive employee engagement activities, feedback mechanisms, and retention initiatives.
Performance Management
● Manage performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and appraisal discussions.
● Work with managers to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
● Ensure timely feedback and development conversations across teams.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
● Support hiring requirements across departments.
● Coordinate interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding processes.
● Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners.
HR Operations & Compliance
● Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and policy implementation.
● Ensure adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary processes.
● Handle attendance, leave management, exit formalities, and HR reporting.
Learning & Development
● Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
● Support leadership development and team capability-building programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● 4–8 years of experience
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
● Experience in startup, advertising, media, or fast-paced environments is preferred.
