About The Role
Avyaan Management Private Limited is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented HR Manager – Operations & Talent Acquisition to lead core HR operations, recruitment strategy, employee lifecycle management, and workforce planning.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, HR Compliance, and Stakeholder Management while working in a fast-paced and growth-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Manage sourcing through portals, social media, references, and vendors
- Conduct initial screening and interview coordination
- Ensure timely closures against hiring targets
- Build talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
🔹 HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records
- Maintain HRMS and employee database accuracy
- Ensure smooth joining and exit formalities
- Support HR policy implementation and process alignment
🔹 Employee Engagement & HR Coordination
- Address employee queries and workplace concerns
- Coordinate engagement activities and employee communication
- Maintain healthy employee relations across departments
- Support performance management and confirmation processes
🔹 Compliance & Administration
- Ensure HR documentation compliance
- Coordinate statutory and audit-related HR requirements
- Support office administration and operational HR activities
Required Skills
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Good understanding of HR Operations and Recruitment
✔ Experience in HRMS platforms
✔ Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
✔ Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
✔ Good Excel and reporting knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
🎓 MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
🎯 Experience In Operations Hiring / Bulk Hiring Preferred
📌 Experience in BPO, Operations, Consulting, or Service Industry will be an added advantage
