About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage human resources operations for a large-scale manufacturing facility with a workforce of 500+ employees. This is a pivotal leadership role requiring strong expertise in HR strategy, compliance, and workforce management within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations for a workforce of 500+ employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and talent management initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
- Lead compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and fair practices.
- Partner with leadership to support organizational growth and performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
