As we continue expanding our footprint across India, we are looking for an HR – Learning & Development professional who can build a culture of continuous learning, leadership development, employee growth, and organizational excellence.
Role Overview
The HR – Learning & Development (L&D) professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning initiatives across clinical, non-clinical, corporate, and leadership teams.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about developing people, enhancing organizational capabilities, building future leaders, and creating a high-performance learning culture within a rapidly growing healthcare organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & Development Strategy
- Design and execute the organization's Learning & Development roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify skill gaps and training needs across departments and functions.
- Create annual learning calendars and competency development frameworks.
- Build learning pathways for employees at different stages of their careers.
Training & Capability Building
- Develop and conduct induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Organize functional, behavioural, managerial, and leadership development programs.
- Coordinate training programs for clinical, operational, sales, patient care, and corporate teams.
- Facilitate soft skills, communication, customer experience, and leadership training initiatives.
- Partner with internal and external trainers, coaches, and subject matter experts.
Performance & Career Development
- Support performance management and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Build succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Create career progression frameworks and employee growth initiatives.
- Track training effectiveness and impact on employee performance.
Learning Systems & Reporting
- Maintain training records, learning dashboards, and certification trackers.
- Monitor training participation, completion rates, and ROI.
- Prepare monthly L&D reports and management updates.
- Drive adoption of digital learning platforms and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Organizational Development
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Support employee engagement and capability-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
- Develop programs focused on productivity, accountability, and leadership excellence.
Candidate ProfileQualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
- 4–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, or Organizational Development.
- Healthcare, hospital, wellness, hospitality, or service industry experience will be preferred.
