About the Role
RB LawCorp is looking for a tech-driven HR Tech Lead / HRMS Specialist who can bridge the gap between Human Resources and Technology.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about HR automation, digital transformation, and scalable HR systems. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing, upgrading, and optimizing the firm’s in-house HRMS and legal software systems while introducing global best practices and process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, optimize, and continuously enhance the firm’s in-house HRMS and legal software systems
• Drive automation and digitization across HR processes including attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, performance tracking, and employee lifecycle management
• Evaluate, compare, and recommend HRMS platforms (knowledge of 5–6 HRMS software platforms preferred)
• Stay updated with the latest global HR technologies, tools, and industry trends, and recommend relevant upgrades or integrations
• Collaborate with internal teams and developers to improve and scale existing systems
• Ensure data accuracy, dashboard management, HR analytics, and reporting efficiency
• Identify process gaps and implement tech-enabled solutions for operational efficiency and scalability
• Train and guide teams on HRMS usage and process optimization
• Maintain system integrity, compliance, and data security
• Present and demonstrate the firm’s HRMS and legal software solutions to potential clients, including product demos when required
Required Skills & Expertise
• Strong experience with HRMS / HRIS platforms
• Exposure to global HR tools and software ecosystems
• Ability to drive automation, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives
• Tech-savvy with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to build scalable HR systems
• Ability to convert manual HR processes into automated workflows
• Strong understanding of HR analytics, reporting, and process improvement
• Passion for innovation and staying updated with industry advancements
