Internship Role: Human Resource Lead

Overview:
As a Human Resources Lead at Mavenwit, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing key HR functions across operations, administration, attendance management, and talent coordination. You will work closely with leadership to ensure HR processes are streamlined, policies are followed, and the overall employee experience remains positive and compliant. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement in day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Oversee general HR operations, including policy implementation, communication, and system updates.
- Lead and coordinate interview scheduling, feedback loops, and follow-ups across departments.
- Ensure smooth execution of the onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining proper documentation and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases, personnel files, and internal systems.
- Handle administrative responsibilities, including calendar management, meeting logistics, and workflow optimization.
- Partner with recruitment teams to support ongoing hiring needs and talent engagement strategies.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven ability in HR operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, document management, and HR systems.
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and familiarity with job boards is a plus.
- Strong ability to work both independently and lead cross-functional coordination.
- A proactive, leadership-oriented mindset with a drive to optimize people processes and support company growth.
