Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR role based in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The HR professional will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee management, policy creation, ensuring compliance, and handling employee benefits administration. The role requires collaborating with management to implement HR strategies, addressing employee concerns, and maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration.
- Strong skills in Personnel Management and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Udaipur and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India is a plus.
- Previous experience in geotechnical or engineering industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
