Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment. Payroll & Benefits: Administering payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring accurate pay, including insurance and bonuses. Performance Management: Organizing performance appraisals, providing coaching, and managing employee career development.
