Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle – from sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain candidate databases and provide regular hiring status reports.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Good understanding of IT/Non-IT hiring (as per company requirements).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
