Job Description
Role : HR & IT Recruiter (Immediate Joiner)
Experience : 1 to 2 years only
Location : Coimbatore
Work Mode : Onsite (Monday to Friday - 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM)
Job Description: *Note Immediate Joiners only - 1 to 2 years*
- 1 to 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
- Good understanding of common IT roles and skills (Java, .NET, Testing, Cloud, Full Stack, etc.).
- Hands-on experience using job portals and professional networks (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Vendor Management & Acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Basic knowledge of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions at the same time.
- Any graduate; HR / IT / Management background is an added advantage.
Preferred
