We are looking for an energetic and motivated HR Intern to join our team in Indore.
Position: HR Intern
Duration: 3 to 6 Months
Stipend: Up to 10,000 per month
Location: Indore
Preference: BTech Background Candidates
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in IT Recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Handle candidate screening and initial communication
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow ups
- Work on recruitment portals and professional networks
- Maintain recruitment data and daily reports
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
- Complete assigned recruitment tasks within the given timelines
- Support the HR team in day to day recruitment activities
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of IT Recruitment
- Good understanding of technical profiles and hiring processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic, confident and proactive personality
- Good follow up and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks
- Must be comfortable working with deadlines and completing tasks within the required timeline
- BTech or Engineering background candidates will be preferred
