Role Description
This a part time role for an HR Intern, based in Bengaluru with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The HR Intern will assist with various HR functions, including supporting HR management, implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and providing assistance in personnel management. This role offers a valuable learning experience in the field of Human Resources by contributing to daily operations and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on expertise.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of core Human Resources functions, including HR Policies and HR Management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable mindset
- Pursuit of or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus
