Role Description
This is a full-time, remote HR Internship (unpaid) role at Boost Hive Marketing, where you will gain hands-on experience in human resources management within a dynamic and innovative work environment. As an HR Intern, you will assist in tasks such as drafting and implementing HR policies, supporting employee benefits administration, and managing personnel records. You will also contribute to the development of HR strategies and processes while ensuring compliance with company standards and employment regulations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles, including planning and development
- Understanding of HR Management and the ability to assist in executing HR functions
- Familiarity with HR Policies and best practices for compliance
- Interest in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using HR software or tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or in progress)
