Role Description This is a full-time, paid remote internship for an HR Intern at Identicube. The HR Intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. The role includes helping maintain employee records, updating HR databases, and assisting in the preparation and communication of HR policies, guidelines, and documentation. The intern will support onboarding processes, coordinate orientation sessions, and help address basic employee queries related to benefits, leave, and general HR procedures. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with employee engagement initiatives, collecting feedback, drafting HR communications, and contributing to process improvements within the HR function.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and interest in building a career in HR.
- Ability to support HR Management and Personnel Management activities, including recruitment coordination and record maintenance.
- Understanding of HR Policies and willingness to assist in drafting, updating, and communicating policy-related documents.
- Basic familiarity with Employee Benefits and the ability to help address routine employee queries.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and basic proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, presentations).
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively in a creative, fast-paced environment.
