Role Description
This is a full-time paid internship for an HR Intern, and the role is fully remote. The HR Intern will assist in implementing HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and supporting a positive employee experience. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, including personnel management tasks, onboarding processes, and research and documentation of employee benefits.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Knowledge of HR Policies, Employee Benefits, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong skills in HR Management and Personnel Management to support the well-being and professional growth of employees.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR tools is a plus.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
