Role Description
This is a full-time paid internship opportunity for a HR Intern at Identicube. This remote role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources. Responsibilities include supporting HR management processes, assisting in designing HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating employee benefits, and aiding personnel management activities. Interns will develop practical skills and insight into the daily operations of a fast-paced creative studio.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and principles
- Understanding of HR Management practices and development of HR Policies
- Experience or interest in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in remote settings
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency with digital tools and software relevant to HR initiatives is a plus
