Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Internship Consultant. The Consultant will assist in implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Responsibilities include supporting HR management processes, coordinating recruitment efforts, assisting in policy reviews, and providing resources for employee engagement and retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote role
• Bachelor's degree or enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
