Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for an HR Intern, based in Jaipur. The HR Intern will support various human resources functions, including assisting in recruitment processes, understanding and implementing HR policies, and coordinating employee benefits. Additional responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, aiding in employee engagement initiatives, and providing support in day-to-day HR operations under the guidance of senior team members.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, including recruitment and employee relations
- Understanding of HR Management practices and HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits coordination and administration
- Skills in Personnel Management and fostering positive employee engagement
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and effectively manage responsibilities
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior exposure or experience in HR-related activities will be an added advantage
