Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid internship role in Human Resources (HR) based in Sholinganallur, with some flexibility for remote work. The HR Intern will assist with implementing and maintaining HR policies, supporting employee benefits programs, and aiding HR management tasks. Additional responsibilities include managing personnel files, coordinating onboarding and training processes, and participating in initiatives to enhance employee experience. The intern will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, innovative environment, contributing to Mednevo’s mission of reshaping healthcare.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and best practices
- Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies development
- Understanding of Employee Benefits administration and related processes
- Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and supporting organizational goals
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
