Role Description
This is a two-month on-site internship role for an HR Intern at Skilrock Technologies, located in Gurgaon. The HR Intern will be involved in day-to-day operational tasks, including assisting with the creation and implementation of HR policies, supporting personnel management activities, and working on employee benefits management. The intern will collaborate with HR staff to understand recruitment processes and foster an engaging work environment while learning about various HR operations and management practices.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site office setting
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software is a plus
