Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Intern role located in Bengaluru. As an HR Intern, you will assist in a variety of human resources tasks, including supporting HR management, understanding and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and participating in personnel management activities. You will also help maintain effective HR processes and provide assistance with talent acquisition and employee relations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, including HR policies and Employee Benefits
- Experience or understanding of HR Management and Personnel Management processes
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Keen interest in fostering employee engagement and promoting a positive workplace culture
- Proficiency in basic computer tools and HR-related software is a plus
- Current enrollment in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program, or recent graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
