DigitalNomadians is a fast-growing creative and digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, content marketing, social media, and performance marketing. We work with clients across multiple industries and are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team.
Location: Dehradun
Duration: 3–6 Months
Type: Internship (Full-Time)
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and hiring processes
- Post job openings on different platforms
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with candidates and maintain communication
- Help in onboarding new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR documents
- Support daily HR operations and team activities
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
