Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Intern for a full-time, on-site position located in Faridabad. The HR Intern will assist in various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance with company HR policies. Daily tasks include maintaining employee records, supporting the development of HR policies, and assisting in implementing employee benefit programs. Additionally, the intern will work closely with the HR team to address employee queries and contribute to personnel management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and best practices
- Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic HR tools
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
