🔍 Key Responsibilities:- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Manage job postings across various platforms
- Coordinate with candidates and maintain communication flow
- Support in onboarding and documentation
- Maintain and update HR databases & trackers
- Assist in employee engagement activities
🎯 Requirements:- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Proactive, organised, and eager to learn
- Available for a minimum 3-month commitment
